This Pedigree ad was aired during the 2009 Super Bowl. I really like this ad; it is a good example of the combined concepts of demonstration and humor. They demonstrate having a pet but they do it humorously with these huge wild animals instead of regular pet dogs. Overall, I think this ad is very effective because it is very memorable; how many people are going to forget that hog riding in the back of the mini van with grandma.

I also realized that this was a very creative way to advertise their product. They promote the idea of adopting pet dogs, something that animal lovers will appreciate, which in turn could boost sales in that demographic. They also create more homes for animals and in doing this they create more potential Pedigr
