This Pedigree ad was aired during the 2009 Super Bowl. I really like this ad; it is a good example of the combined concepts of demonstration and humor. They demonstrate having a pet but they do it humorously with these huge wild animals instead of regular pet dogs. Overall, I think this ad is very effective because it is very memorable; how many people are going to forget that hog riding in the back of the mini van with grandma.

I also realized that this was a very creative way to advertise their product. They promote the idea of adopting pet dogs, something that animal lovers will appreciate, which in turn could boost sales in that demographic.
