New Type of Folger’s Ad

This caught my eye not only because of its humor, but also because of how different it is than the Folgers ads I can remember. My mom still tells me about how she used to tear up when watching a Folgers commercial. It seems as though they are trying a transformational strategy, this particular ad is Affective because of its humor. It is pretty funny how they show the stereotypical morning person, then compare them to us normal people that have to tolerate mornings. The humor also comes from the scaryness of the golden happy people and their ability to creep up on, and awake us. I thoroughly enjoyed this ad and think that this is a very effective ad.
